We’re excited to invite you to our weekly Mobility Class, held every Wednesday evening at 7:30 PM at the Trinity Karate Dojo! This class is perfect for both adults and teens looking to unwind, build strength, flexibility, and enhance body awareness.

In each session, we’ll guide you through a series of exercises designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and promote overall physical wellness.
